Fully Automatic Glue Binding
To bind documents with the MÜHLEN TCM 111, simply place the sheets in the feeder. The machine automatically clamps and mills the paper, applies adhesive, attaches the cover and moves the booklet back and forth along the rail.
Binding With or Without a Cover
The MÜHLEN TCM 111 can bind documents with or without a cover. Users can select and adjust the desired option on the touchscreen.
General Features
400-Sheet Binding
Binds A4 and smaller books containing 10–400 sheets (80 gsm, up to 40 mm thick) using hot-melt adhesive. It can bind up to 200 books per hour.
320 mm Binding Length
Binds books up to 320 mm long. Its automatic motorized carriage handles the milling and gluing processes.
Temperature, Pressure, Time, Cover and Other Settings
The touchscreen lets you adjust the temperature from 50–230°C, pressure, processing time, and whether binding is done with or without a cover.
Color Touchscreen TFT Display
The user-friendly MÜHLEN TCM 111 Perfect Binding Machine features a color TFT touchscreen for easy viewing and adjustment of settings.
Automatic or Manual Binding
In fully automatic mode, simply load the paper. In manual mode, the steps are completed one by one.
