The ergonomically designed MÜHLEN Spider S800 weighs just 3 kg, making it easy to use in a wide range of settings. It automatically tensions and seals strapping around boxes, packages, and irregularly shaped items.
Rechargeable Battery (4.0 Ah)
The tool features a 4.0 Ah lithium-ion battery that completes approximately 250–350 strapping cycles on a full charge. A full charge takes around 90 minutes. The battery comes with a charging stand, and pressing the On button displays its current charge level.
Digital Sealing-Time Adjustment
The MÜHLEN Spider S800 features a 40-step digital adjustment, ranging from 1.0 to 5.0, for increasing or decreasing the sealing time. This allows you to seal straps made from different materials.
Digital Tension Adjustment
Choose from 10 tension settings, ranging from 900 to 3,200 N. This makes it easy to select the right tension for different packages and items.
Powerful Motor System
Equipped with a powerful DC motor, the machine is suitable for intensive, all-day use. It feeds strapping at 100–200 mm per second.
PET and PP Strapping
The MÜHLEN Spider S800 can seal PET (polyester) and PP (polypropylene) straps that are 13–16 mm wide and 0.4–1.2 mm thick.
Digital Display
The machine automatically switches to standby when not in use. It also features digital sealing-time and tension settings, as well as LED indicators for power and battery level.
