Warranty Period
We aim to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level by standing behind our products. All products we sell are under a 2-year warranty with the assurance of Karadeniz Dış Ticaret. During this period, we undertake that our products are fully protected against manufacturing and material defects. During the warranty period, all malfunctions other than user error are repaired free of charge or, if necessary, the product is replaced. By providing free repair, part replacement and technical support services, we aim to ensure that our products always work with the best performance. Damages resulting from user error, interventions by unauthorized persons or services and damages resulting from external factors such as natural disasters are not covered by the warranty. In order to benefit from warranty services, it is sufficient to keep your product’s warranty certificate and purchase invoice. In case of a malfunction or problem, you can benefit from our warranty services by contacting our nearest authorized service.
