10-Roller High-Speed Laminator
Internally Heated, 10-Roller System
Engineered in Germany and manufactured in Korea, the MÜHLEN Flex R10 High-Speed Laminator features a 10-roller system (6 heating rollers, 2 cooling rollers and 2 output rollers), making it the world’s first and only model of its kind.
9-Speed Settings
The model features automatic feeding and 9 adjustable digital speed settings, laminating at speeds of up to 400 cm per minute. It also includes an automatic electrical protection system.
A3 Format & Heavy-Duty Use
With hot and cold lamination modes and a 330 mm feed width, the machine laminates PVC films in A3 and smaller formats, including A4, A5 and A6.
Digital Temperature Control (0–160°C)
Set the temperature digitally from 0 to 160°C. The machine also has two temperature memory buttons for added convenience.
Digital Control Panel
The machine features an automatic shut-off function, a backlit LCD screen and 12 control buttons.
Material and Lamination Thickness
The MÜHLEN Flex R10-330S supports laminating films from 80 to 350 microns and can laminate materials up to 3 mm thick, equivalent to approximately 30 sheets of A4 paper.
Jam Prevention and Reverse Function
The machine features a patented cooling system, a 1,500 W motor, manual reverse and a system to help prevent film jams.
