6-Roller A2 Laminator
A2 Format – 6 Internally Heated Rollers
German-engineered and manufactured in Korea, the MÜHLEN Flex R6 480C is a professional laminator featuring six internally heated rollers (four heating rollers and two cooling rollers). It is the world’s first and only model of its kind in A2 format.
480 mm Feed Width, 9 Speed Settings
The model has a 480 mm feed width and supports A2 lamination. Its digital controls offer nine speed settings, with laminating speeds of up to 120 cm per minute. It also features an automatic electrical protection system.
A2 Format & Heavy-Duty Use
With hot and cold lamination capabilities and a 480 mm feed width, the model can laminate A2 and smaller formats, including A3, A4 and A5.
Digital Temperature Control (0–140°C)
The temperature can be digitally adjusted from 0 to 140°C. The machine also has two memory buttons for added convenience.
Digital Control Panel
The model has an automatic standby shut-off function, a rear-mounted backlit LCD screen and 12 buttons.
Material and Film Thickness
Compatible with laminating films from 75 to 350 microns, the FLEX R6-480C can laminate materials up to 3 mm thick (equivalent to 30 sheets of A4 paper).
Jam Prevention and Reverse Function
The machine features a patented cooling system and 1,050 W power consumption. It also has manual reverse and a system to prevent film jams and wrinkles.
